EB-5 Investment Opportunity Overview
Having proven the success of its concept in Miami Beach, Palm Beach and San Juan, Puerto Rico, Meat Market is now developing new restaurant locations operating under the Meat Market Restaurant name in four new and exciting locations across the State of Florida. All of these new locations will be operated and supervised by the same experienced and successful management team that has developed Meat Market into the incredibly successful brand it has grown to become known throughout Miami, West Palm Beach and Puerto Rico.
To partially finance the development of up to four new Meat Market restaurants in dynamic, proven market locations like Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa and Orlando, Florida.
By investing $500,000 USD you are eligible for expedited immigration and the ability to obtain permanent residency in the United States for you, your spouse and all unmarried children under the age of 21 years.
To participate in an offering which is very manageable and limited to a maximum of no more than twenty investors.
To provide a loan backed by a security interest in the project’s completion and other collateral.
To receive annual interest of up to three and one-half percent (3.5%) less operating costs paid pro rata to the Investing Members.
To participate in an EB-5 offering where more than 500 jobs will be created which is 300 more than the required 200 jobs for the Investors’ Green Cards to become permanent.
The Meat Market Restaurants have a proven track record of commercial success and critical acclaim, winning many awards and recognition over the years. The existing Meat Market restaurants generate annual sales and net income far exceeding that of its average competitor. The EB-5 loan for these four new additional restaurants is secured by a collateral pledge of the membership interests of Meat Market Florida Group LLC and a completion guarantee from the managing member of the Developer for the construction of the Restaurant.
The Exit Strategy
The exit and repayment strategy are well-defined and attainable based on the economic performance of the existing restaurants and conservative revenue forecasting of the four new restaurant locations.
Financing a restaurant concept that provides a classier, more glamorous take on the traditional steakhouse with a thriving bar scene and nightlife in a trendy and chic indoor-outdoor venue.
- 20 units at $500,000 USD each for a maximum capital raise of $10 million.
- $50,000 administrative fee per membership interest.
- 5 year loan term with 3.5% annual interest to investors.
- Existing Meat Market restaurants had average sales in 2015 of more than $6 million USD per location.
- Repayment of the loan from available cash from the operations of the restaurants, refinancing and / or sale of the Project.
- The four new restaurant locations will continue to be operated by the same very successful and experienced Executive Management Team.

Meat Market Florida Restaurants will develop four new restaurant locations operating under the Meat Market Restaurant brand. Each of these new restaurants locations will feature similar design elements of the existing Meat Market locations. These new locations will provide guests with the finest in style and comfort, with each location encompassing approximately 5,000-6,000 square feet of restaurant space and seating for between 150-200 patrons. The sites of the four restaurants have been chosen strategically in some of the busiest areas of each city to ensure the continued success of the Meat Market brand.
The project will include development of Meat Market restaurants in the following locations, in order of planned opening date:
- 1307 E. Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Broward County)
- 1602 West Snow Avenue, Tampa, Florida (Hillsborough County)
- 9800 International Drive, Orlando, Florida (Orange County)
- 1010 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami, Florida (Miami-Dade County)
The restaurant will be located in Hyde Park Village, an upscale shopping district near downtown Tampa. Hyde Park Village is an open air shopping center featuring a mix of major high-end retailers and independent boutiques. Only blocks away from another upscale retail district, SoHo (South Howard Avenue), this high-traffic location is in a well-established area already known as a destination for high-end shopping and dining.
Fort Lauderdale, Florida
The restaurant will be located midway between Downtown Fort Lauderdale and the beach. Las Olas Boulevard is the primary east/west street connecting Fort Lauderdale’s revitalized Downtown area with the beaches along the Atlantic Ocean. Las Olas Boulevard is a vibrant and eclectic shopping and dining district that draws locals and tourists alike to experience its unique and authentic charm. With ten major art galleries, two world-class museums, 30+ dining options, and over 60 shops, Las Olas Boulevard is not only the road to take to the beach, it’s the place to be in Fort Lauderdale when you aren’t at the beach.
Downtown Miami, Florida
The restaurant will be located in downtown Miami, less than two blocks from Biscayne Bay. Located near a major intersection of I-95 and I-395, and only a block from a Metromover Station, the site offers convenient access for those living nearby, traveling from a distance or exploring Downtown Miami on foot. The site is less than half a mile from such attractions as the American Airlines (Heat) Arena, the Perez Art Museum, Bayfront Park, and the Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. With four luxury condominiums across the street, thousands of affluent residents will pass by the Meat Market Miami site on a daily basis.
The Orlando restaurant site is truly in the middle of everything Orlando has to offer its 60+ million annual visitors. Located near the Orange County Convention Center with easy access to US4 and the Martin Anderson Beachline Expressway, the Orlando site is minutes from Orlando International Airport to the east, Sea World Orlando to the south, Universal Orlando Resort to the north, and Walt Disney World Resort to the west. With the second-largest convention center in the United States right next door and seven of the world’s most popular theme park destinations within a ten-minute drive, the Meat Market Orlando site is positioned at the hub of Orlando’s biggest tourist attractions and resorts.
